003 To Ireland we go

Emily and Dick  can’t understand anything about their deep roots until we go off to the far west of Ireland, the Beara peninsula, to examine a  forgotten stone sitting on the top of a hill for 6000 years.

002 Butte Montana: rich in copper and Sullivans

We find a rich lode of Sullivans in this forlorn ghost town in windswept Butte. Emily is forced to buy lacy underwear, we have a ham and cheese sandwich with an old Boston boxer, ending up at what was once the toughest bar in the west.

001 A grand welcome to the Sullivan podcast!

It all started on a warm Saturday afternoon, when Dick decides that it’s time that they find their Sullivan roots. He and Emily set out on their quest, finding their first Sullivan right down the street, and Emily ends up tied up to a stake by a band of wild Sullivans.
